Hikvision Gold Partner
Hikvision, the world's leading video surveillance manufacturer, recognises SSAL as a Gold Partner — the highest tier of the Hikvision partner programme in Bangladesh. This authorisation certifies that SSAL engineers hold active Hikvision certifications, that SSAL meets minimum annual training requirements, and that SSAL purchases through authorised distribution channels. Gold Partner status provides clients with the assurance of genuine Hikvision products and access to Hikvision's Bangladesh technical support team through SSAL.
Dahua Authorised Partner
SSAL holds Dahua Authorised Partner status, certifying SSAL to supply and integrate the full Dahua surveillance and access control portfolio in Bangladesh with genuine product warranty support.
Bosch Authorised Integrator
SSAL holds Bosch Authorised Integrator status covering Bosch's security, fire, and communication product lines. This certification permits SSAL to deploy the full range of Bosch professional security systems and ensures access to Bosch's technical support and spare parts supply chain.
Honeywell Authorised Partner
As a Honeywell Authorised Partner, SSAL is certified to design, supply, install, and maintain Honeywell fire detection, access control, and building management solutions. This authorisation requires that designated SSAL engineers complete Honeywell technical training programmes and maintain current certification. Honeywell's authorised partner programme is among the most rigorous in the industry.
DSPPA Authorised Distributor
SSAL is an authorised distributor and integrator for DSPPA public address and voice alarm systems — covering analogue and IP-based PA across conference rooms, auditoriums, airports, industrial plants, hospitals, campuses and large public facilities.
Logitech Authorised Partner

Networking:
SSAL's network infrastructure engineers hold certifications from Cisco, CommScope, Huawei, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Vericom and Molex for structured cabling and enterprise network design and installation — enabling us to issue fifteen-year material warranties on certified cabling systems.
Security:
Multiple engineers hold Hikvision Certified Security Associate (HCSA) and Hikvision Certified Security Professional (HCSP) certifications, Dahua and Uniview (UNV) certifications, Axis network video certifications, as well as Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon and Pelco video management platform certifications. ZKTeco, Honeywell, Bosch, Suprema, HID, Armatura and Gallagher access-control certifications round out the security competency stack.
Fire Safety:
Our fire safety engineers hold certifications relevant to BNBC 2020 fire system design and FSCD NOC application processes. CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification — the industry standard AV professional certification — is held by SSAL's senior AV engineers. Crestron, Extron, Kramer, Biamp, JBL, Sennheiser, Shure, Spon and DSPPA certifications cover the full signal chain from source to speaker. Logitech, Yealink, Fanvil, Poly and Zoom video-conferencing certifications round out the unified-communication stack.
Automation:
Honeywell (EBI) and Siemens (Desigo CC) BMS certifications are held by our building automation practice engineers. Crestron and KNX certifications support our home, office and hotel automation work. DDC, PLC and SCADA competency underpins our industry automation deployments.
