Network Infrastructure

Structured cabling, fibre backbones, PoE switching

Overview

What we offer

A complete toolkit — purpose-built for your environment.

Network infrastructure is the physical layer that carries every digital signal in your building or campus. It encompasses structured cabling (the copper and fibre cables, outlets, patch panels, and cable management that form the permanent link), the active network equipment that drives those links (PoE switches, routers, and firewalls), and the physical spaces — Main Distribution Frames (MDFs), Intermediate Distribution Frames (IDFs), server rooms, and data centres — that house all active equipment. Without a properly designed and certified physical layer, no amount of investment in software, security systems, or cloud services will deliver reliable performance.

In Bangladesh, network infrastructure quality varies enormously. Many commercial buildings were wired in the early 2000s with Cat5 or Cat5e cable that is now a bottleneck for modern IP security cameras, VoIP systems, and building automation. Banks expanding their branch networks frequently encounter infrastructure that cannot support the 90-day CCTV retention mandate because the network simply cannot carry continuous H.265 streams from 20 cameras per branch. Hospitals deploying PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) for digital radiology discover their existing network collapses under the bandwidth demands of large DICOM image files. Factories deploying Industry 4.0 automation find that their legacy cabling cannot support the latency-sensitive industrial Ethernet protocols their new machinery demands.

We design, supply, and install network infrastructure to TIA-568-C.2 (copper structured cabling) and TIA-942 (data centre) standards, using Commscope, Vivanco, Vericom, and Molex components that carry manufacturer channel warranties of 25 years. Every installation is tested and certified with a Fluke Networks DSX-8000 cable analyser to prove compliance before handover — because a certified test report is the only real evidence that your infrastructure will perform.

Designed for scalability and resilience, these systems support seamless data communication across enterprises, banks, industrial facilities and data centers, providing a strong foundation for efficient digital operations and uninterrupted business continuity.

Cat6A UTP & STP Cabling

Cat6A supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet at 100 metres — four times the bandwidth of Cat6 — making it the correct choice for modern IP cameras, PoE++ devices, and bandwidth-intensive applications. STP variants provide additional protection in electromagnetically noisy factory and industrial environments.

OM3 & OM4 Fibre Optic Backbone

Multimode fibre backbone carries 10G or 40G Ethernet between floors and buildings at distances impossible for copper. OM4 supports 10GBase-SR at 400 metres and 40GBase-SR4 at 150 metres — future-proofing your campus backbone for the next decade.

High-Power PoE Switches (802.3bt)

IEEE 802.3bt PoE++ delivers up to 90 watts per port, powering PTZ cameras, access control readers with electric locks, video door phones, and wireless access points from a single Cat6A cable — eliminating separate power supplies and simplifying installation.

MDF/IDF Design & Fit-Out

We design and build telecommunications rooms that meet TIA-569 space and pathway standards: appropriate rack space, structured cable management, labelled patch panels, adequate power distribution, and sufficient cooling for the heat load of all active equipment. A well-designed MDF protects your investment in active equipment by ensuring reliable physical connections and adequate thermal management.

TIA-942 Data Centre Cabling

Data centre cabling is designed to TIA-942 Tier I–IV methodology, with structured cabling in top-of-rack or end-of-row configurations, pre-terminated trunk cables for rapid deployment, and colour-coded fibre management for clear zone identification in high-density environments.

Process

How it works

One accountable team from first site visit to handover — certified engineers, manufacturer-trained installers, and documented compliance at every stage.

  1. Infrastructure Assessment

We audit your existing network infrastructure — cable types and routes, outlet locations, MDF/IDF locations, power supply availability, and air conditioning capacity. We identify cabling that can be reused and highlight segments that must be replaced. For new construction, we work with your architect and MEP consultant during the design phase to incorporate telecommunications pathways and spaces in the building design — preventing expensive retrofitting later.

  2. System Design

We produce a full set of network infrastructure design drawings: floor plans showing horizontal cabling routes and outlet locations, riser diagrams showing backbone cable runs between floors, rack elevation drawings for each MDF/IDF cabinet, and data centre white-space drawings for server rooms. Specifications define cable categories, connector types, cable management hardware, labelling conventions, and test requirements. Design documentation meets TIA-568-C.2 and BNBC 2020 telecommunications pathway requirements.

  3. Supply & Procurement

We source all components through authorised distribution channels. Commscope, Molex, Vericom, and Vivanco components arrive with manufacturer authenticity certificates and are stored in our warehouse under temperature- and humidity-controlled conditions to prevent degradation before installation. Active network equipment — PoE switches, patch panels, and cable management — is sourced from leading vendors specified in the network design.

  4. Installation

Our trained installation teams pull and terminate all horizontal and backbone cables to manufacturer installation specifications. Cable bend radii, pulling tensions, pair untwist lengths, and consolidation point placements are controlled throughout. In occupied buildings, cable pulling is scheduled to minimise disruption — working after hours or in planned maintenance windows. All cables are installed in conduit or cable tray routed to BNBC 2020 fire compartmentation requirements, with appropriate fire-stopping at all penetrations.

  5. Testing & Certification

Every installed link is tested with a Fluke Networks DSX-8000 cable analyser to the full suite of TIA-568-C.2 parameters: insertion loss, return loss, NEXT, PS-NEXT, ELFEXT, PS-ELFEXT, propagation delay, and delay skew. Fibre links are tested with an OTDR and power meter. All test results are compiled in an electronic test report provided at handover. Failed links are re-terminated or re-pulled at no additional cost — the test report is our quality guarantee.

  6. Handover & Documentation

You receive the complete as-built drawing set, test reports for every link, equipment data sheets, manufacturer warranty registration certificates, and a labelling legend. We conduct a handover briefing with your IT team covering the cable management conventions, expansion capacity, and escalation procedures for warranty claims.

Applications

Built for every industry

Where this solution is deployed — and the compliance environment each sector brings with it.

Deployment site for network infrastructure

Banking & Financial Services

Bangladesh Bank's ICT guideline mandates robust IT infrastructure that supports continuous CCTV recording, secure data communication between branches and head office, and reliable internet banking services. We build bank branch networks with 90-day CCTV retention bandwidth, redundant WAN connectivity cabling, and certified test documentation for Bangladesh Bank IT audit requirements.

Hospitals & Healthcare

Hospital PACS/EMR systems generate enormous bandwidth demands. A single CT scan DICOM file can be 600 MB. We design hospital networks with 10G fibre backbone between radiology, wards, and the server room — ensuring clinical staff can access imaging instantly without waiting for slow file transfers that delay patient care.

Deployment site for network infrastructure

Garment & Textile Factories (RMG)

Industry 4.0 factory automation relies on industrial Ethernet for machine communication, production monitoring, and inventory management. We install Cat6A STP cabling in factory environments — resistant to electromagnetic interference from motors and welding equipment — and provide the fibre backbone that connects production floors to central server rooms.

Educational Institutions

Universities and schools require high-density Wi-Fi — which means a Cat6A cable run to every access point, plus a fibre backbone that carries the aggregated traffic of thousands of simultaneous users. We design and install campus network infrastructure that supports modern learning management systems, video streaming, and cloud application access.

Deployment site for network infrastructure

Corporate Offices & Commercial Towers

Multi-tenanted commercial towers require a base building infrastructure that serves every tenant and adapts as tenants change. We design common pathway and space systems that allow each tenant to deploy their own cabling within a framework that does not cause interference between tenants or exceed building capacity.

Data Centres & Colocation Facilities

Bangladesh's data centre market is growing rapidly as local regulations increasingly require data sovereignty. We design TIA-942-compliant cabling infrastructure for colocation facilities and enterprise data centres — managing high-density fibre, pre-terminated trunk systems, and structured copper for server and storage connectivity.
