Conformance
This site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance. We test pages with axe-core, keyboard-only navigation, and screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver). Common features include semantic HTML, keyboard-accessible navigation, sufficient colour contrast, and descriptive link text.

Known limitations
- Some legacy PDFs in the Download Centre may not be fully accessible. We are re-authoring them on a rolling basis.
