She is the custodian of SSAL's internal operational standards and ensures that the company meets all obligations to employees, suppliers, clients, and the Bangladesh regulatory authorities. Her leadership of the finance and administration function provides the operational backbone that allows SSAL's client-facing teams to focus entirely on delivering excellent projects. She holds a Masters of Commerce degree, is a certified public accountant, and has completed programmes in corporate governance and financial management.
