AV & Conference Systems Specialist

The AV & Conference Systems Specialist designs, installs, configures, and supports professional audio-visual and unified communications systems for SSAL's corporate and institutional clients. You will work on meeting room, boardroom, auditorium, and digital signage projects using leading brands including Crestron, Extron, Kramer, JBL, Shure, and Sennheiser.

• Design professional AV systems for meeting rooms, boardrooms, training centres, and public spaces
• Install and configure AV signal processing, switching, amplification, and display systems
• Program Crestron and Extron control systems for room automation applications
• Commission and test completed AV installations to SSAL quality standards
• Provide on-site training to client operators and administrators
• Diagnose and resolve AV system faults for installed SSAL clients
• Stay current with AV technology developments and contribute to SSAL's product portfolio recommendations

• Diploma or degree in Electronics, AV Technology, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on professional AV system installation and configuration experience
• Demonstrated experience with Crestron or Extron control systems
• Experience with conferencing platforms (Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, or equivalent)
• Proficiency with audio system design and tuning
• CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification preferred or commitment to obtain within 12 months
• Good communication skills in Bangla and English
