Protect your technology investment — reduce downtime, extend system life.
SSAL's Annual Maintenance Contract programme gives you predictable, professional, priority-access maintenance and support for every system we have installed. Three clearly defined tiers let you choose the level of protection that matches your operational requirements and budget.
Why invest in an AMC?
Your security, fire safety, and automation systems are mission-critical assets. When they fail, the consequences range from compliance violations and audit failures to genuine safety emergencies. A properly structured maintenance programme does not just fix problems when they occur — it prevents most problems from occurring in the first place.
Reduce Unplanned Downtime
Regular preventive maintenance identifies and addresses potential failures before they become system outages. Most critical failures in electronic security systems are preceded by early-warning symptoms that a trained engineer will identify during a scheduled maintenance visit.
Extend System Life
Properly maintained systems operate significantly longer than neglected ones. Firmware updates, cleaning, connection checking, and component inspection extend the operational life of cameras, panels, readers, and network equipment — maximising your return on technology investment.
Priority Service Access
AMC clients receive priority response ahead of non-contract clients. When a critical issue occurs, you do not join a queue — you are at the front of it.
Budget Predictability
Unplanned emergency repairs are expensive and disruptive. An AMC converts unpredictable reactive maintenance costs into a single, known annual investment — making your facilities budget easier to manage.
Compliance Documentation
SSAL AMC maintenance reports provide documented evidence of regular system inspection and maintenance — valuable for Bangladesh Bank IT audits, FSCD compliance, BGMEA/RSC audits, and insurance renewal requirements.
Genuine Parts at Priority Pricing
AMC clients receive priority access to SSAL's spare parts inventory and preferential pricing — reducing the cost and time required when component replacement is necessary.
AMC tiers — choose your level of protection
