What is a Licensed user and what is a Participant?
A licensed user has a paid seat on the account and can host meetings. Participants only join — they do not need a license or an account of their own.
How many participants can join a meeting?
Basic and Pro include 100 participants, Business 300, and Enterprise 500+. The Large Meeting add-on extends capacity up to 5,000.
How many people can use one license?
One license belongs to one named user. Everyone else joins as participants.
What is the difference between Rooms and Meetings?
Meetings run on personal devices; Rooms is the conference-room system that turns physical meeting spaces into one-touch joinable rooms.
What is the difference between an Audio Plan and Phone?
The audio add-on provides dial-in numbers for meetings; Phone is a full cloud PBX phone system with its own plans and numbers.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards for online purchases; invoicing and purchase orders are available for larger orders through sales.
Can I pay quarterly or more than a year up-front?
Multi-year and some quarterly terms are available — contact sales for custom billing arrangements.
Do you charge sales tax or VAT?
List prices exclude tax; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing location.
How does the subscription work? Can I cancel?
Plans renew automatically at the end of the term and can be cancelled from the account portal at any time before renewal.
Where can I find a W-9 for my business?
Tax documentation is available from the billing section of your account or from support.

How is the product kept secure?
